Lux nails west

I have been going here for some time, and don’t think I can go back anymore. They are very nice, it’s clean, and the prices are fair. However, I had to stop getting gel manicures here because they were destroying my nails taking the polish off with an electric file instead of soaking off the polish. I still was going for eyebrows and pedicures, though, because I like them. This week was the last straw. I went for an eyebrow wax and the woman that did it said she would just clean them up, commenting that she thought I had nice full brows. She then went to town tweezing my brows after she waxed, afterwards telling me she decided to give me a bit of an arch. I look so ridiculous and it will take months for me to grow them back to how I normally keep them, trying my best to fill in with pencil

I treated my boyfriend to his first pedicure and they FULLY took advantage of us!!!! I pointed to a lavender pedicure on the menu for him and they gave him the lavender pedicure, manicure, and a 20 minute massage that was not asked for!!!!!! When confronted, they told him he was an adult and could’ve asked to not have the add ons—mind you this was my boyfriends first time in a nail salon and he had just assumed it was included in the lavender pedicure package I selected. They took off for the manicure but still charged for the massage—zero communication or asking if he wanted the extras whatsoever. Will never be coming back here and definitely don’t recommend this scam of a salon.

took great care of my boyfriend and I on valentine’s day. We got the lavender pedicures and I got a callus treatment. They took their time and it was incredibly relaxing and well worth the money. Highly suggest

I love Lux Nails West! I’ve been going for some time now and have always had the most positive experience. Everyone is so nice and I walk out feeling amazing, with beautiful nails! Not to mention, everything lasts which is most important. The whole experience is welcoming and peaceful and I could not recommend Lux more.

I love this place. It’s a few blocks from home but it’s bright, clean, comfortable and luxurious. The mani-pedi is perfect and technicians are great. Everything is new and shiny. Go here!
