My mom, sister, & I drive 25 mins there and back to Lux because they’re truly the best! The owner is so sweet & remembers us every time, and you can’t go wrong with any of the employees - their attention to detail and their expertise is unmatched! If I ever point out something that I may not like about a certain nail, three or four people including the owner come rushing by to make sure it gets fixed and make sure that I like it. I’ve never left not liking my nails! Yesterday Tommy did both my dip gel manicure and my gel toes and this is the best my nails have ever looked! Highly recommend 🌟

I started going to this establishment after I was having bad experiences with my previous nail spa. The customer service and attention to detail was what I missed and why I left the old place in Wake Forest. This place is a much better fit. I happen to walk in there on my way to another business and saw the way the shop was navigated. It seemed to have a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. After my first Manicure/Pedicure with Tammy and after being assured by Steven, I'm a completely satisfied customer.Kudos!

I have gone to Lux for about 10 years and have always had the best experiences. Steven is so attentive to customers and always remembers his clients names. The lady I had been regularly seeing no longer works there and I was worried to try someone new. Jade did an amazing job—she was very meticulous and made sure the shape and color were just what I wanted.

STAY AWAY. I am so disappointed. I believe I had Lisa. I got an acrylic full set. She was so rude to me, my nails look so horrible and crooked and she cut my fingers multiple times. She never had me wash my hands during this, and never used cuticle oil. When she glued the tips on, she did a few crooked and I asked her about this and she brushed it off. When she did the nails, I asked about this again and she told me my nails were crooked and that’s why it looked like this (they are not). When she filed my nails, they were all different lengths and all different shapes and all crooked and when I asked her to fix them, she gave me attitude and barely tried to fix them. When she put on the gel polish, she only put one coat, I had to ask for two coats of glitter to try and cover up how translu

I’ve been going to Lux for years and have been happy every time. The reviews about the kind, personalized treatment are all true. I see Joanne every couple of weeks for powder dip over my natural nails and she is very sweet and super meticulous. I value her opinion about best treatment, colors and designs. They’ve had to increase prices due to Covid but it’s worth it. Speaking of Covid, they practice safe measures. Go to Lux and see Joanne. You’ll be happy you did. 🙂
