Lux Nails Spa

I can't even begin this without saying that I will not be going back. The only reason this will be getting 2 stars at MOST is because the older lady, Laun, was able to save them. I went here with my mom and my aunt, and it was honestly terrible apart from my aunt's pedicure. My aunt paid $69 for her pedicure + the gel polish for her toes, and it was worth it. But my mom and I cannot say the same. I had wanted the dip done for my nails, and they did it, but horribly messed it up. The first image is what they had originally given me, which was $70. They are uneven, terribly shaped, and the design is horribly done. They look like a child did them and I am honestly appalled. Luckily, Laun was able to redo them without charging me a second time (second photo seen). However, this cannot undo

Nicest experience ever! If your going there, Laun will be your best option, because she was so welcoming and sweet. She honestly gave me and my family a nice experience and took her time to make them pretty. I love how she was talking to us from time to time but also focused on the nails to ensure beauty on them.

Nails were rushed and not given proper attention. They aren't shaped well and the paint job was horrendous.

I would not EVEN leave a 1 star !! My daughter went there for a set. DID NOT get what she wanted, BECAUSE she left there without nails. Owner come to her and apologized, didn’t make up for her embarrassment she went through. Not to mention there was 2 customers waiting outside whom witnessed it all just to talk her. DONT GO THERE. You want an AMAZING nail salon it’s VENETIAN NAILS in Tyler

Drove by & seen grand opening sign. Wife called and they told her walk ins welcome. The owners Tina & Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Definitely will be our new go to nail salon.
