TWO STARS ONLY BECUASE THE LADY WAS SO NICE ON THE PHONE. Mixed experience here. The staff member on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable about their services, but the scheduling process fell through. I was told individual providers would call me to book a Monday session, but after waiting nearly 24 hours without a single call, I had to book with another business. It’s a bit of a cumbersome model that makes it hard for customers to plan ahead.

100 % TRUE, No Reason To Lie "PURITY" IS CLEAN BUT I PAID FOR A MASSAGE, AND THEY GOT ME IN MY ROOM 20 MINS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT SHOULD'VE STARTED AND THEY STOPPED 15 MINS BEFORE THE END OF MY MASSAGE. WAS CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE 90 MINS. I WENT TO THE "The Retreat Massage & Day Spa" the following week THEY WERE WAY BETTER IN TIME MANAGEMENT, SKILL, AND TECHNIQUE. 3/6/26- Not a false statement completely 100 % true. That's why I haven't been back. Why would I lie about this Purity, I don't have anything to gain. It's an honest review. Last time I was at PURITY was August of 2021.

Emily is absolutely amazing! She has fixed more than one box dye fiasco and I always get so many compliments on my hair after seeing her. The facility is clean and inviting. I won't go to anyone else for my hair!

Shonna has magic hands, every square inch of me feels amazing after having body work by Shonna! And Eron gave me one of my best haircut n styles ever! Thank you ladies for making me look and feel amazing

If you are a redhead or just have a very pale skin tone, Shonda does an amazing job! Very friendly and does a perfect tan that doesn't turn you orange!
