Lux nail lounge

My first time here was about 2 weeks ago, thanks to a great suggestion from my cousin when I was looking for a nail salon. The service, atmosphere and cleanliness is wonderful (2nd time here today, so peaceful!) I also would like to emphasize the foundation of my experience...I was greeted by MINA, and she is a DELIGHT (I don't even use that term often, if at all, but here we are 😆). Regarding any establishment, the person you place at the start/entrance sets the tone and energy, and I'm so glad she is the first lovely face that you see. She is warm, professional, patient and so helpful. As long as she is there, I will continue to return. 🌻🥂

I have been coming to this nail salon since it’s inception and I love it! They are always in the now with the top of the line products, best customer service and always make sure you leave exceptionally happy. I always get my nails done UV gel with Nina and my toes done with Patricia. No matter what my requests are, the staff here always goes above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. As a mom of 3, I love going to a place that makes sure I feel rested, pampered and pleased by the end of my visit! Highly recommend!

I went to Lux Nail Lounge for the first time today and had the most amazing experience. Nina, the owner, did a great job. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she really understood the assignment and was able to recreate exactly what I showed her in my inspo pic. On top of the she worked fast! Safe to say that I found my new go to spot.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The two larger women working the front desk were incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The shorter blonde woman allowed a walk-in to take my scheduled spot, then proceeded to curse when I stated I only wanted a manicure and not a pedicure. I was then assigned to a technician who acted as though she was doing me a favor by taking me. Her attitude was awful, the service was rushed, and the manicure itself was sloppy. She made repeated comments throughout the service, making the experience extremely uncomfortable. When I asked my friend for her opinion on my nails, the technician interrupted and questioned whether I liked them. I simply asked her to please finish my nails so I could leave, given the buildup of negativ

If I could give Nina 10 stars I would! She did an amazing job, exactly what I asked for! I am very particular about my nails and I must say she is an expert at her craft, and so knowledgeable and passionate about her technique. I got the builder gel, I couldn’t be happier! Nina, thank you!!!!! You are exceptional!!!! Can’t wait for my next visit!
