Lux Massage and Spa

I booked a massage appointment with Lux Massage and Spa, and the process was easy and very friendly. On the day of my visit, the owner even offered me a warm cup of coffee on a chilly morning before my session. During the massage, she adjusted the pressure perfectly to my needs and focused on the exact spots I requested. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and worry-free. If you're looking for a truly relaxing, stress-relieving massage with friendly staff and an owner who provides genuine, caring service, I highly recommend this spa. It definitely won't disappoint.

Sonya is an excellent massage therapist and customized my treatment perfectly. The service was prompt, professional, and most importantly, extremely helpful after a tiring work trip with a lot of walking and stressful meetings. Sonya helped my sore calves, tight shoulders, and also did assisted stretching at the begiinning and end. The stretch really makes a difference in the benefits I feel immediately. I highly recommend Lux and Sonya to battle the strain and tightness that builds from mental stress and the physical demands of life. Thank you, Sonya, see you again!!

It was ok. Went for a prenatal apt- side lying option only which is fine (though I’m used to the little hole to lay down). The table was super stiff though to the point it hurt. The massage itself was good. Not great not terrible. The place was nice. If you do go, go ahead of time. I showed up 5 min before, went to the bathroom, filled out their paper provided and by the time I got situated and removed my clothes, it bled into my hour massage. They, of course stopped right at the hour but I lost minutes from the actual massage. But I consider this my fault, not theirs. Probably wouldn’t go back for prenatal related things. It didn’t provide relief- just a nice little relaxing time despite the bed discomfort.

EDIT: Responding to your lies - There was no other client you had after us. We were the last client for the day. And my wife was not in the restroom while you dealt with the other client for a good 5 minutes. That was later, not to mention you don't even have a restroom. A spa without a restroom. And I personally let you know that we wouldn't be using your services. Lie much? The female older therapist was coughing and didn't understand English. Clearly you take client satisfaction not seriously at all, given your blatant lies in response to a review describing a poor experience at your spa. Instead of making up fake details, you should acknowledge your mistake and post a good faith response to the review. I guess it's too much to expect from a second grade snobby spa. Didn't have a good
