I recently got a haircut and I’ve never worn a wig before and the store was recommended to me. Never wearing a wig before you can imagine how difficult and confused it may be trying to find one for the first time. I was very disappointed and disheartened with the service. Well actually there was no service and was lucky enough to find a customer who helped me. it was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I asked if there was someone else I could work with because there was miscommunication due to language barrier but there wasn’t. I would’ve been a very valuable customer. Had I received the necessary help and Even a little bit of information on wearing a wig for the first time. So so so so so disappointed.

I asked if i could try on their wigs and was told no ( she said that type of wig can’t be tried on)I bought a wig from them realize the next day it doesn’t even fit and it is shedding very bad. I called the store and ask what can be done about exchanging the wig maybe and the lady just told me that there was nothing that could be done and that she was sorry and that was it wasted my money in this place for no reason and will never return.

I went in and bought a blow dryer attachment, got home, opened the package, and realized it was missing the spring that helps it stay on. I brought it back with my receipt and explained the issue, but the associate insisted this model doesn’t have a spring. Even though I saw others on the shelf that did. She talked over me, which was frustrating, but she did exchange it in the end. If you’re buying one, especially the $3.99 small “universal” attachment, check the inside first to make sure the spring is there. Side note: Overall, the shopping experience was fine. They have a lot of options, and I loved the selection. It was my first time going in, and I hate that this was my experience….

I've been a loyal customer of this beauty store for quite some time now, and with every visit, I consistently have an exceptional experience. The wide selection of wigs and merchandise offered here is truly impressive, and the prices are unbeatable. Additionally, I particularly enjoy the privilege of receiving their black card when I accumulate a significant number of points. I fully intend to continue shopping at this store, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of quality wigs and fantastic accessories.

I have always had a positive experience at this location, however this week was very good. So good I wanted to post a review Diane was the best, she was helpful and friendly. It was refreshing to know that I could get help with a product that is esoteric to me.
