LUX and especially Paloma were wonderful to work with as a bride! It was hard to find companies who didn't require a much higher number of services (I only truly needed myself hair and makeup, but my mom also got makeup done and my MOH her hair), so when LUX had the reviews, the photo gallery, and didn't require me to get triple the services I needed, I was sold! My trial with Paloma was awesome and she was very open to what my level of makeup comfortability was, so knowing I typically don't wear much, she started fairly light then built up as I wanted more of a "pop"! The hair and makeup turned out exactly as I had pictured, and held up fantastic throughout the day; my hair comb only decided to try falling out because the succulents weighed SO MUCH and I was leaning back against my husba

I had the absolute best experience with LUX for my wedding day! I had a large bridal party to accommodate, and LUX was extremely efficient and organized when it came to communicating and scheduling the appropriate number of artists. The entire process from inquiry, to my bridal trial, to wedding day, was all seamless and stress-free. Additionally, all of the LUX hair and makeup artists are extremely talented and friendly. They heard and accommodated every request, and me and all of my girls looked incredible on the big day.

Had such a great experience! I did a HMU trial as well as wedding day HMU with Jenna and Sandra. They were both who kind, warm, talented, and helpful when I needed the assistance narrowing down what I did and didn't like. They came to my house the day of my wedding and did my mom's and bridesmaids hair and makeup as well as my own, and everyone looked amazing! LUX staff was also very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

BOOK WITH LUX you will not regret it. They truly are the best! Every interaction I had with anyone in this company was amazing. They sent clear and helpful instructions along with really nice words to manage expectations. All emails and contacts were extremely detailed and had really fast response times. I had my day of coordinator email me a few days before the wedding to tell me our timeline didn’t work, even though she had approved it weeks in advance. I emailed Lux and asked if there was anyway we could start earlier even though I was past the deadline for making changes, and they were so kind and accommodating. I had an amazing experience with my artists at LUX! My hair and makeup were flawless. My hair still looked beautiful the next morning! As a 50 something bride, I tend to sweat a lot. I let my makeup artist know, and she did exactly what was needed to keep my makeup in place all night, which included a lot of dancing and sweating. My daughter preferred a more natural look, and she looked stunning. I had several other wedding party members do either hair or makeup, or both, and everyone looked beautiful and was incredibly happy with her look. I highly recommend LUX!!
