I have visited this location multiple times, so this feedback is based on repeated experiences rather than a single visit. The massage services have consistently been the main reason for returning, and the staff is generally polite and welcoming. The environment is clean and relaxing, which initially made this establishment feel promising. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The gel nail polish service did not meet expectations for the price charged. About one week after the appointment, the gel polish began chipping noticeably. This is not acceptable for gel polish, which should last at least two weeks when applied properly. This was my 3rd and last time here! I received mediocre mani-pedi first 2 times and this time AMY did my pedicure and did a Very Lazy 10 min, Not paying attention job as you can see in my pictures-She finished my Whatever type of pedicure in only "10 minutes" for $40 because she Rushed thru it while looking out the window & talking to others the Whole time- Annoying!! She Barely removed my dry skin & cuticles as shown and painted some toes a mess! This place is right next door so its convenient But Nope- Id rather walk 2 blocks next time for better service somewhere else!

I got a dip powder done on Thursday night and this was my nail Saturday night. I didn’t do any vigorous actively. I was shoe shopping at the time. I returned to get my nail fixed. They said I need to pay $7.

I have been here perhaps a dozen times. Not the best salon and certainly not the worst. But the service is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes I walk away feeling rejuvenated and proud of my 10 digits- sometimes, not so much. Came on a 6 pm Wednesday and they were not busy. They worked with the design I asked for and delivered. Super sweet ladies and the place is clean clean clean!
