I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago as a first time customer. I arrived on time for my appointment only to find the room lobby was full of customers. I checked in with the owner to let her know I had an appointment she told me that I had to wait until all of the walk-ins were completed before she can provide service to me, as if my time was not valuable. I waited in the lobby for almost two hours until 10 walk-ins were helped. This was very unprofessional and disappointing as a first time customer. This past Saturday, I made the mistake of making a another appointment, hoping to get a different experience. I was traveling on Sunday on business and arrived at my destination on Monday. I noticed a text message from the owner advising me that she canceled my appointment for Tuesday. Sh

First time getting my eyebrows threaded at this location and they came out amazing. It was not painful like it's been at other locations and she didn't cut me. She was quick and light handed. I can't wait to be back ❤️❤️❤️. She also sells cute earrings, bracelets, eyelashes, etc. I'm definitely bringing my mom next time.

Maggie is an amazing worker/owner does an amazing work. Love how my eyebrows look like even though she is really busy and if you go through walk in be prepare to wait but it will be worth it. Her place is amazing, beautiful, and calming . Plus I love when she does my make up I feel more confident with myself.

I BEEN HERE TWICE, MAGGIE IS THE BEST SHE IS PROFESSIONAL, VERY NICE, PATIENT, SHE LISTENS TO WHAT YOUR NEEDS ARE, I'M A CANCER PATIENT AND I NEEDED A PINK MAKE OVER, MAGGIE WAS ABLE TO MAKE ME LOOK BEAUTIFUL, FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH MAGGIE AND HER SERVICE'S, HER PLACE OF BUSINESS IS VERY COMFORTABLE, HER MUSIC IS THE BOOM.😘
