LUUM Lash

What a cool new service inside Nordstrom! It was intimidating having lashes being applied by a robot, but it was so comfortable and easy! Vivian, my amazing lash tech, was really the best! She guided me through the whole process and which I was inside the device I felt super comfortable knowing she was there. The bed was so comfortable and I took a little snooze - that’s how cozy I felt. After I was removed from the device Vivian hand placed lashes and they look amazing! This is actually my first time with lash extensions and my friends who’ve gotten them before are amazed with the results. Really easy and they look perfect!

Fantastic service Team is great. Robot is gentle. Between the robot application and technician completion, the process does take some time for the entire process, but it was extremely relaxing. This is such a cool service! The robot was super gentle and I was able to fall asleep a few times during the application. The process was heavily supervised and my lash technician checked in throughout the process which put me at ease. The team is very friendly and they walked me through everything, so I was super comfortable. I have very sensitive eyes and have had lots of irritation from lash treatments in the past, but I had no problems with LUUM. Also, the lashes came out EXCELLENT!
