Went in and was greeted immediately! Very nice and comfortable place. Got my haircut by Verdelle and I will be going back! Moving to a new area is hard enough and then you have to find all your pampering areas again! This was a win!

By far the best experience I have ever had. I've never had a sew-in before, and I wanted something glamorous for my wedding day. Morgan did NOT disappoint! From the time that we had our first consultation, to the day of styling for me and my bridesmaids on the day of our wedding, she handled EVERYTHING with professionalism, courtesy, joy, laughter, fun, and most importantly, a lot of heart. She puts love in her work, and it shows. I was the most beautiful I have ever felt that day and so were my girls...for that, I can't thank her and her team enough. She has a forever client in me (and my squad lol) and I am grateful that I made the decision to choose Lusso.

I booked smedium twist with Aniya and she gave me different sized parts around my head. I had to pay to get my hair redone after paying TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DOLLARS. Many people assessed my hair concluded she is truly not salon ready. Please don’t even bother replying to my review, I’ve heard enough of your excuses.

Morgan is not good at sew-ins. My braids on the sides and front of my head were exposed. Large gaps in between tracks. Only 1.5 of 3 packs of hair were used. I had to go back to get it corrected, but the damage was already done. I still had to pay someone else to layer my tracks correctly. Waste of money and time.

Had a great experience today. Got a healthy hair consultation before going with Chatira. Got 4 feed in braids and a treatment. She did a great job. Got lots of compliments. Looking forwards to getting my hair back on track.
