I had a very disappointing experience at this salon with technician Sammi. I originally requested an acrylic nail refill, but she recommended removing the acrylic and trying builder gel (“hot gel”) instead. Two of my nails were already broken and much shorter than the rest. I suggested an acrylic overlay since my other eight nails were long, but she recommended the hot gel for a more “natural look.” The two shorter nails broke within two and three days, which I believe was due to the product choice rather than how I use my hands. Sammi recommended I come in so she could fix them. When I arrived, I waited over an hour while she attended to several other clients and did not acknowledge why I was there. This is my first time here. The place was clean and I like that they always use fresh/new packed tools such as nail cutter and nippers but other than that, the experience was disappointing. I had pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was not thorough at all. I don't like nail polish on my toes so I expect them to be thoroughly cleaned. The guy who did my nail did not even clean each nail. Instead, he only cleaned some of them. How he decided to which one to clean, I don't know. When I got home and looked at my feet closer, I saw that there are still some dirt under my nails. So I have to clean them again myself. My toenails were not even cut or shaped properly. Honestly, I am not sure if the guy is one of the personnel who's supposed to do nails but he didn't do the job well. As for my

I've been a loyal customer at Lush for several years, but today’s experience was disappointing. I called ahead for a gel acrylic refill, but when I arrived, they began soaking my nails without explanation. I assumed this was just part of the process while I waited. I requested a slight trim, but they cut my nails down way too short, which was frustrating. The manicure itself felt rushed and poorly done. To top it off, they charged me $80—far above the usual $55 I’ve always paid. When I questioned the price, they refused to make eye contact or provide any explanation. Due to their lack of care and consideration, they’ve lost a loyal customer and others whom I’ve recommended over the years. My sister, who was with me today, also left unhappy with her nails.
