Lush Cosmetics Woodfield

This past evenings visit to the store reinvigorated my lust for LUSH, and reminded me why I probably have spent a cool $10,000 in the stores since discovering them at the downtown Chicago location in 2005 and then when they opened a location closer to me in the Macy’s in Oak Brook Center in I believe 2009. Everyone knew my name there, and the customer service was remarkable, it was amazing. Fast forward to last night to the best location, Woodfield. I went in with a concern, and something I have never dealt with, concerning any of their products. I explained to a couple sales associates that my tub of Sympathy For The Skin (my favorite) had liquified and there also was a sticker with no date or a picture of who made it. Erica was amazing. I originally came in to get a face mask sample, and she gave me such helpful information about the different options. She recommended one that would work well with sensitive skin, which I really appreciated. She also helped me choose a massage bar and then picked out three bath bombs that matched exactly what I was looking for. One of them even matched the scent of the massage bar, which was perfect. Her descriptions were clear and detailed, and she made everything easy to understand. She finished by giving me a couple of tags for the gifts I was putting together. The entire experience was pleasant, and I left really happy with my purchases. Erica made the visit feel personal and thoughtful, and I would definitely come back because of her.

My son and I were at the Lush store in Woodfield mall and we had the pleasure of being waited on by Michael. What a fantastic person you have there. He helped us with items for 4 family members and was so kind and professional and great! Nicest person ever, thanks Michael!

Went in the day after Christmas to grab some half off items. Grabbed a sleepy bear shower gel (which is a holiday scent) as well as some other items off the half off shelf. Got told by the cashier this stuff wouldn’t be discounted so I put it back and left the store. This was odd because the sleepy bear is a holiday scent and the other non-holiday items I had were on a shelf clearly marked half off. And one of the employees was telling customers that, yes, that whole shelf was half off. Once I left the store, I decided to look up the sleepy bear scent online to confirm it’s part of the half off. Once confirmed, I went back into line, deciding I’d just grab the sleepy bear since I could show the listing.Then when the cashier motioned for our turn at the register, we got cut in line by some
