I had the most amazing experience today at lush. I got both my boys two bath bombs each. The two ladies working were so cool great vibes. They helped me wrap the bombs up nicely for my boys as a Christmas gift. I purchased the watermelon bubble bar. The purchase went to children in Palestine getting prosthetics. Amazing ! And they gave me some gifts as a thank you for my great vibes they said ! It really made my day and holiday season. The products are amazing -the service even better !

I popped into this location as I was driving through Buffalo the other day to treat myself & I had the most pleasant experience with Shawna (I hope that's how she spells her name.) She is unbelievably knowledgeable of all of your products and ingredients. She was so easy to chat with and just made me feel at home. I often run into employees at different places who just don't care, don't want to be there, avoid customer interactions and just make u feel unwelcome. Not here. Shawna is a true precious gem and I really hope this company realizes that and takes care of her.

I’ve been in here a few times, but never with my toddler. Today before I could even start to say that we look with our eyes and not our hands she was trying to touch stuff. One of the wonderful employees distracted her with a kid friendly bath bomb demo so I could shop for a few minutes in peace. She asked my daughter questions and kept her engaged and was exceptionally kind.

The employees here are the coolest cats in town. Truly appreciate being treated not only like a customer, but also a friend. Been walking past this place for ten years without giving it the time of day. The employees here earned your establishment a new customer.

So bright and colourfully happy just walking in there! Smells good enough to eat! They played and entertained my autistic daughter without any expectations from us. A wonderful sensory, water play table and bubbles times! The Manager Kim and her staff were so friendly and welcoming! Bought a jelly soap and the seven colors, rainbow, play dough-like soap for my princess :-)
