Lush Cosmetics Upper West Side

Such a great experience at my favorite place on earth!! Each staff member was super kind to my kiddo who was asking tons of questions and living her best lush life! They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and helped us find the right hair products for our needs. As a former Lush member, it felt great being back at my old stomping grounds surrounded by new products but so many of my old favorites and I love that the company is still hiring such great people to live up to that Lush vibe. Can’t wait to head over again! The MIT there was fantastic and Ellie was amazing with my kiddo. I wish I remembered everyone’s name since they all deserve a shout out.

During my visit today, the staff was so attentive and ready to help when needed. I always have such pleasant experiences at this location, it’s my favorite by far! It’s always clean and well-stocked. Special shout-out to Courtney! So lovely and engaging - their kindness carried on throughout our transaction.

Such an amazing time at Lush on my birthday. Felt like VIP and was really taken care of by Courtney (what s smile) and Bridget! If you want to see what the highest level of customer service is you have to come to this gem of a location on the Upper West Side.

I went to get some last-minute Christmas gifts and had an amazing experience! Everyone on staff was kind and even cheerful. The cherry on top was finding so many products and gifts at 50% off!

Isabelle was so great in helping me choose a body butter for a gift. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and she even let me pick out my samples. I haven’t shopped at Lush in forever, but now I’ll make it a point to come back to this location!
