I came into the store looking for a couple gifts to pick up for a few coworkers, Nick greeted me at the at the door and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my different options. We ended up putting together a few gifts and he reccomended a few products for me to try for myself which i ended up buying because i liked them so much. Definitely will be coming back!

I stopped by Lush Body Works on Black Friday to see if there were any deals on Yognog. Although I didn’t find a special offer, Carly (Carli? Spelling?) the sales rep, made the visit truly delightful. She offered me a thoughtful sample, even when I insisted I was all set. Her kindness and attention really stood out, and it made the experience special. Thank you, Carly, for going the extra mile and brightening my day and by proxy my wife’s day! That was just a thoughtful and kind gesture. I will be back.

Had a wonderful experience today with Sasha! she was so helpful during my visit and gave me a comprehensive demo with soaps, shampoo, lotion, and balm. i really liked the hand massage and she was super helpful addressing my goals for finding a hydrating shampoo and moisturizing body balm. i ended up with the cocoa butter body balm. the store environment was very lively and i will be coming back. sasha also helped me with finding gifts for all my family members for the xmas season. god bless!

The staff that work at this location are so nice and helpful but specifically Jade. She was really helpful with something my mother and I were looking for. I told her I was looking for a certain mask/scrub and even bought it at a different location but it was the wrong one. Jade helped me find the correct scrub I was in search of and really helped break down the difference between certain products due to my mother being extra sensitive to certain things. And last but not least she was patient. Thank you again for your help Jade and my mom is now obsessed with the scrub ha!

Always a great experience! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I love the variety of the products and the ethics behind them. Additionally, I appreciate that they offer seasonal items and changing collections. They offer samples of most products too! So if you’re ever in doubt, you can certainly give a product a try before committing.
