We took the littles (our frenchies) to Tysons Corner to walk around and take our mind off our oldest 🐕 Remy crossing the rainbow bridge earlier that day 🌈 I felt not right leaving them alone and wanted them close. My dad and stepmom gave me a Lush gift card for my birthday in October and decided to go finally get some bath bombs to relax. All of the employees at lush were SO incredibly nice, Alexis heard that we lost Remy earlier that day and was so incredibly compassionate. She even surprised me with a few samples of new product and a free bubble bar! I can’t tell you how much that honestly touched my heart and soul. This is the biggest store in the Lush inventory and worth the visit. Lush is GOAT for all your ethically conscious, toiletry needs. I love that I can get solid shampoo, conditioner, lotion and toothpaste for all my travel needs. Makes TSA a breeze. Be sure to check out the wall behind the register for previously discontinued products!! They have birthday parties, too! My girlfriend and I stopped by Lush to pick up some gifts for family (and of course a few things for herself too). As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by one of the managers, I don’t remember her name, but the energy was welcoming right away. Alexis ended up helping us, and she was amazing. She gave us thoughtful suggestions, let us sample some products in store, and really took her time explaining everything. It honestly felt like a 10/10 experience from start to finish. I don’t know if they train everyone to be that nice, but Alexis felt genuinely kind and not pushy at all. She made the whole experience feel personal and easy. We’ll definitely be coming back. I took my daughter here for the first time the other day and it is now her new favorite place to go! The kindest woman works there who walked my daughter through the entire store- differences between the bath bombs, the jelly body soaps, and ALLLLL of the things and then topped it off with a bath bomb demo. She is still talking about it days later!!!! thank you all for such a great experience! Amazing!!!

Stopped by lush today and had an amazing experience there! The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Alexis went above and beyond to make me feel seen as a guest and was super informative. Sometimes customer service experiences feel forced and in-genuine, but talking with Alexis was the exact opposite! Felt such a positive energy exuding from her and loved talking about the products and other artistic things! If I could rate this experience any higher than five stars, I would! Definitely will stop by again.
