From the moment I walked in, Kye, Mel, Alix, Rae, Jade, and Kairi made me feel completely comfortable. This incredible team of beautiful people greeted me with smiles that truly lit up the room. I was able to try a few samples, and even chatted about future birthday plans—it felt like talking with family. They genuinely made our day! Walking into Lush is like stepping into a magical Willy Wonka factory, except instead of candy, it’s soap that looks so good you have to remind yourself not to take a bite. Seriously why does that “Honey I Washed the Kids” bar look like dessert?! Their facial scrubs are basically spa days in a jar. You’ll walk out feeling like you just paid for a $300 facial, except all you did was rub some minty green magic on your face while trying not to lick it off. And don’t even get me started on their hair products. I grabbed one of their shampoo bars, and now I feel like a pioneer washing my hair with a rock except my hair has never been shinier, and I don’t have to lug around a gallon sized bottle. I love Lush Cosmetics and have been a loyal customer since 2008, always with wonderful experiences. I recently started visiting the Summerlin location, and the staff there is absolutely amazing. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Ryan, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She took extra time to show me new products and made the experience feel special. I was also truly touched to receive a random act of kindness from the entire staff. It made my day and reminded me why I love shopping at Lush.

Joe was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. He showed a great deal of patience and supported me while I explored different product options. I mentioned that I can sometimes feel overwhelmed in Lush stores because of the strong scents and the higher volume levels, and he was immediately understanding. He checked in with me, created a comfortable environment, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. I take my 6 year old daughter here because she loves buying bath bombs. They have unique, seasonal and even cultural ones that my daughter really enjoys seeing and using. The best part about Lush is the staff members. I have never been to a friendlier store. They make my daughter feel special every time we go to the store. Thank you! The bath bombs are high quality.
