My husband has bought me amazing smelling stuff from here, and he had been trying to get me to go myself for months. I finally went today, and WOW! The selection of scents is fantastic, but I was very impressed with the variety of products. Not just body wash, lotion, and bath bombs, but hair care and makeup, too! I love the ethical production of the products and feel safe using them. Naomi was super, super helpful and friendly. She made me feel so welcome and answered a million questions. She made sure I got the samples I wanted, even the ones they don't sell in the store. I also love their "banned book library." This was my first time at a Lush and this location had the sweetest team I’ve ever experienced in retail! Literally from the moment we walked into the door they were kind and helpful and excited that we were there! They gave us in-store demos as I had never seen or heard of some of the products. Not only did I leave educated on the different products, but I was also excited to learn about their company values and what they stand for as a whole (including their recycling policy!). Big shout out to Syd specifically who kept checking back in to make sure we had the best experience possible with the bubbliest, kindest smile! The team is lucky to have her!!

I absolutely love shopping at Lush, and my visit to the Southlake store was such a great experience. The highlight of the entire visit was without a doubt the employees. I wish I had gotten their names because every single person was absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel genuinely fun and personal. The products are incredible and smell amazing, and I really appreciate that Lush does not test on animals. That commitment, combined with such an outstanding team at the Southlake location, is exactly why I will keep coming back.

Sydney and Iliana are both absolutely fantastic. I was shopping for some gifts for my sister's birthday and when I told them what her scent preferences are they showed me a bunch of options. They also recommended things while paying attention to my sister's likes and dislikes. They also made my stop in this location one of the fastest and easiest gift shopping trips EVER.

thank you so much to the managers here for thinking of the community by donating amazing products that really make a difference with my skin. I really like the sleepy time, body nourishment, and the posh chocolate shower gel. Those are my favorite and I’m in the tub right now and I put a bath bomb in there. As a business, we also share these products with our health, conscious customers as well to spread the word about lush. A lot of them did not know about lush so that should bring more business to the company. Sherrie is amazing.
