Lush Cosmetics San Tan Village

We have been Lush-loving people for a while now, but our experience in the store today exceeded our expectations. My kids were choosing bath bombs and one of the associates, Alfinio, asked if they would like to sit down and make their own bubble bars. I didn’t know this was something the store offered (for only the cost of the bar itself!) and they had an absolute blast. Such a fun little activity we weren’t expecting. He also told us about Lush bday parties and it is something we’d love to do when our birthdays roll around. Alfinio was amazing and making the bubble bars was so fun - highly recommend having an event/party here. We will be customers for life!

It was my first order from this company because I'm allergic to everything and my friend had some spray from them that smelled absolutely delicious. It was leave conditioner, and I wanted to get some for myself. So I ordered it online.Got the order and it was damaged.The two items that I got. I tried to return it via the chat just busy, and they were not very helpful courteous or customer friendly. But my friend encouraged me going to the store.They're absolutely amazing to work with.And they'll help you better than being on chat. So I did I went into the store and the manager was there, not because I asked for them just because they were there with another representative. And they were absolutely amazing. Hannah & Melanie took excellent care of me at the LUSH located in Santan mall in Gilbert. I was looking for a gift for one of my best friends who’s been working overtime with teenagers and also caring for her very ill mom. Not only did the girls help me, but they offered extra touches like the perfect gift wrapping and they were both so sweet. They were professional, personable and went above and beyond to make sure I was well caree for!

What a great Lush Location in San Tan Village. We stopped in to check out the lotions available and possible soaps. Service was amazing even though the store was quite busy. The location was clean and we were helped with everything we needed. Some may think the options are a bit pricy, but a little goes a long way. I love the sleepy time lotion.

Mickey and clover were amazing and stayed a little late and never would I have thought they my crusty elbows would make me spend $100 at this place! These ladies know their stuff! Definitely a good spot to stop at
