Lush Cosmetics Quaker Bridge

I visited the store with my 2 little ones this weekend and the associate that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. She let my kids try a bath bomb in the store and helped me look at allergy friendly options. When we got home we realized she put a little extra surprise in both their bags which made their night . 🥰

they had a sign saying a specific perfume was 50% off but it wasn't and the girl with the curly hair working on jan 12th acted like I was stupid for believing the sign.... that was in their store...... it was on the sign of the perfume so I'm not understanding why lush thinks it's fine to treat their customers like that. if it's not actually 50% take the sign down and honor it. it's your mistake not mine

I had good customer service, I think her name is mary or I don’t remember exactly but she helped in choosing nice soap. I got one with eucalyptus and lemon grass and I loved it for my open pores and oily skin.

My daughters and I had a wonderful experience this morning at Lush in QB Mall. The employee that worked the shift this morning was very kind and encouraging to my kids to make bubbles with the samples and went above and beyond in providing them with 2 free bath bombs. It was very unexpected gift that made their entire day. Thank you so much!!!

This was a trip to re up on my faves from Lush & to take a look at some of the new items as well. The assistant manager Sky was amazing & very helpful/ knowledgeable.
