Lush Cosmetics Newport Centre

Just so happened to stop in this beauty of a store while waiting for a food order and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Joe helped me test out some scents: body sprays and perfumes and was just so sweet & kind. Exceptional customer service and superb store vibe!

Could not recommend this location enough! I walked in without any direction, and Katie was beyond helpful in picking things out for my sister's holiday gift. She asked me intelligent questions to help guide our decisions, and even helped me with gift wrapping it! The process was easy, the store was clean and easy to navigate, and the products are as always, fantastic. Katie, thank you so much!

Katie, the manager is absolutely the best!! She and her employees take the time to listen to your concerns and come up with multiple solutions for you. I have never had a bad experience here! Anything they don’t have in stock, they help you find at other stores or online. Truly amazing people.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was misinformed about how to use some hair items at another location. They helped suggest something else and gave me advice on how to best use some other things I picked up. 10/10 would recommend

Truly the best Lush store they get a 10/10.. everything is fresh and well maintained. The products are arranged well.. the staff is super super knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended some cool products for my face. I am huge fan of lush fresh/skin masks they are truly amazing 🤩.. definitely check out the bubblegum and candy cane lip scrub ..
