Lush Cosmetics Newbury Street

Amazing location! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and that familiar and welcoming smell of Lush greets you at the door. The weekend I went they were offering complimentary personalization of shower gels! So fun! Perfect for Christmas gifts.

10/10 experience! I felt very welcomed and their dedication to their customers is outstanding, especially Nani's. She was very helpful and kind to me and my sisters. Nani also was very knowledgeable on the lush products and her recommendations were very helpful! I left very content and happy with my products and I will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience in the store thanks to an employee named Miriam. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, offered samples, and gave thoughtful recommendations based on my interests. She was also very knowledgeable about the products. I’ll definitely be asking for her again!

I bought bath bombs and that night my upstairs neighbors bathroom leaked and destroyed them all. I came in the next morning to purchase new ones and told Kiki, Charlie, Finn, and Kam what had happened, they immediately took care of me, got me what I needed and gave me a few gifts to make me feel better. They were all so kind, and even though they had nothing to do with why they were ruined, they wanted to make it right. I wish I could give them 10 stars and all raises. They’re incredible humans
