Have Been shopping at lush stores for over 12 years. Last year. 2023 I called customer service and they were able to call the store and get them to hold the complete soap the whole. I went in I spent close to $400 After christmas boxy sale. This year 2024 i asked if they could still accommodate me the same way. I was willing to pay in advance for the products and pick them up at a later date. As I am handicapped and needed my husband to drive me. Customer service called the store and the manager refused to hold the products for me. She also refused to let me pay in advance with a credit card for the products, And hold them, worst customer service ever. I am no longer a lush customer after this. Helpful staff. Store smells great. Interesting products and scents. Price seems a bit high for soap and bath bombs but self care is a must do spoil yourself!
