We had the most magical experience at Lush at The Mall at Millenia on Sunday 3-1-26 around 3pm. I came in with my 3-year-old daughter to process a return, and the manager was incredibly kind and patient helping with what I knew was an inconvenient situation. While we were waiting, an associate named Molly stepped in — and completely transformed our visit. She spent nearly an hour engaging my daughter at the soap display, teaching her about colors, scents, and what happens when bath bombs dissolve. She showed her how to blow bubbles, let her safely explore products, and made her feel included and important. I just have to say, I was blown away by the customer service from Nick! I live in Atlanta and had put in an online delivery order for my sister’s birthday, who is in Orlando. I got a very thoughtful call shortly after from Nick at this store, who went above and beyond to make sure my sister’s birthday gift felt special…all around 5 stars, caring customer service! Remi was amazing. I never been to the shop before and I asked her to help me find a face wash routine that will help me take down the redness. (not sure if it will. I absolutely loved the experience of shopping in this store! The young lady, Jarin A.was extremely helpful and I was able to smell and sample the products. I purchased several items and I love them all!! Try the “ Sleepy Soap” and the “ Fresh Farmacy Facial Cleaner!” My face looks so much healthier and the products really are amazing!
