Lush Cosmetics Houston Galleria

After eating Chinese from the food court, I stopped by Lush in The Galleria. Initially, I needed a good hand wash from the food, but the smell was even more inviting once I arrived. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jessie. Wow, what knowledge he has about the store and its products! I was pleased to work with him; he was friendly and attentive to me and my green questions. I am glad he helped me pick up a nice lip scrub and body butter.

There was three workers and the blonde one with all the pins was amazing!!! Maybe even better then amazing. he helped my kids find all the things there little hearts could desire😳😱! BLESS HIS HEART. We bought over 40 dollars of merchandise and it was the best 40 I’ve ever spent. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a newer location of Lush, and I really enjoyed my experience here! Alejandro was especially helpful in helping me find a face cleanser and hand cream. The store itself was one of, if not the largest ones I've been in. There seemed to be plenty of employees around helping other customers. This may be my new go-to Lush location!

I was so excited to take my mom and oma here. The person working the day I brought my family was so sweet and did a great job introducing them to all the products, and getting a sense of what smells they liked to help suggest soaps, creams, and body washes. I work in customer service and I know it can be draining, so I'm so glad we had someone who was so enthusiastic about showing my family all the great things Lush has to offer. It made for a really special memory with family! I'm a long-time Lush appreciator, a decade ago I spent all of college living on their samples. Now I'm got to an income bracket where I can actually buy bottles for myself and my family. The gifted make-up remover I got at checkout is definitely gonna be my new go to make-up remover!
