Lush Cosmetics Highland Village

Ayanna is the manager and she helped me find some items for my oily skin. I love the happy skin cleanser but it isn’t an everyday cleanser unlike what I was told another location. She helped me look at gentler facial washes and serums that won’t dry my skin out. I can’t wait to come back to this location! 🥳

I love shopping at Lush. I discovered their hair care products 14 years ago and have used them ever since. They have bath products, skin care, hair care, makeup and fragrances. Lots of great, colorful, consumable gifts, like bath bombs. The service at the store is attentive and friendly.

Always a pleasant visit to Lush!!!! Love all their stuff and recently fell in love with their hiccup body spray , smells so amazing and it’s limited edition. Sales ladies there are extremely patient and kind ~ would love to visit again and again.

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for one of the wonderful ladies who was working at the Lush in Highland Village on 1/19. I regret that I didn’t get her name, but she truly made our visit so special. While I was shopping, she took the time to show my 4-year-old son the bubbles and patiently answered all of his questions. He had the best time, and because she kept him so happily engaged, I was able to shop without feeling rushed or stressed about him wanting to leave. He loved rinsing his arms in the bowl and smelling all the different products. As we were leaving, she even gave him a bubble wand, and he ran back to give her a hug. When we got to the car, he said it had been the best day ever (we had also just come from the park) and that she reminded him of one of his favorite teac

I just visited your store to purchase several items I had seen online. A young associate began assisting me however, shortly after, I observed the manager redirect her to help other customers—even though I had been in the store for less than two minutes. It was also noticeable that assistance was being offered to other customers, while I was the only Black customer present and was not provided the same level of service. Realizing that I was not going to receive equitable assistance, I chose not to move forward with my purchase. I will not be spending my money at any establishment that does not treat all customers with fairness and respect.
