Lush Cosmetics Del Monte

SARA was amazing at helping me choose gifts for my bf and his mom. i told her what i wanted and she showed me exactly that, plus wrapped it so cute! perfect xmas gift plus helped my friend brooke get a gift for her mom. her patience and happy personality made it so fun to shop with her. I even told her to tell the manager she needs a raise… turns out she is the manager!! i am a manager that works retail too, and trust me when i say she is doing her job perfectly and they made the right decision as making HER manager. thank you Sara!!

I LOVE Lush! After years of online ordering, this was our first time being able to visit a Lush location in person and it did not disappoint! The sales associates were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Our favorite scent (sleepy) was in stock and on sale, in the cutest little gift set. Lush carries products that are great for folks with sensitive skin and/or allergies. Absolutely heavenly scents and environment. Definitely lives up to the hype. I highly recommend!

I had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here before they opened. The girls had so much fun making their own bath bombs and playing the games the employees set up for them. The employees were very patient and friendly. I have never been able to relax and enjoy a party so much. They really took the reins and flowed well with all the kids energy. You would have thought they were teachers trained in child development. They were also very knowledgeable about the products and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to have a party for me and my adult friends and get the spa type party. Cannot thank Sarah and Veronica more. They made my day!

Great location! We were offered help by at least three of the ladies today. I went to look for gifts and they quickly pointed me to the right spot and offered help. Another one of the ladies gave us some helpful tips about their shampoo. The cashier was very sweet! Given these ladies stay in this super cold store and remain so pleasant, I’m willing to say they’re the absolute best! Please provide them with a heater, it’s December and I felt so bad looking at the ladies working at Lush. I don’t know how they kept their smiles on whole the store was so cold. I wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t for them.

Love this place! They make everyone feel welcome and everything I've tried there works for my sensitive skin. They also were able to occupy my kids for a minute so I could look around a bit with bubbles and a bath bomb demo. This location is one of the best in the Monterey Bay.
