I wish I can give more than 5 stars! The only thing better than the products at LUSH, are their employees. Mia, Nathalia, and Kevin are my go-to for all things LUSH! I promise I’ve been in once a week for the last 2 months! They always have the best suggestions, they’re all so knowledgeable about the products and what pairs well with what scent. They’re always so welcoming and accommodating. They even helped me set up the LUSH App to collect points, which is getting me points towards free products! Thank you Mia, Nathalia, Kevin, and the whole staff at LUSH Dadeland for making me feel so welcomed and taken care.

The most amazing birthday celebration! The staff treated us like princesses and they guided us in such an incredible way. Lush is my favorite brand and I thought I couldn’t love it this much, but the whole staff made me love Lush even more. Thank you for being so sweet and awesome. I went to Lush with my best friend and we left sooo happy 🤩 The store is bright, fun, and smells amazing — we wanted to try everything. Huge selection of bath bombs, soaps, skincare, and haircare, all fresh and ethically made. Big shoutout to Celine, Anguie, and Emily ⭐️ They were super sweet, knowledgeable, did fun demos, and let us try samples. Their energy made the whole visit feel personal and fun. We left smiling and can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! The service at lush is impeccable! First off I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and always asked if I need help. Let me just tell you it never fails. It’s so difficult to find this kind of care at other stores. Nathalia is the most sweetest! When ever I come in she goes into depth about the products. She has helped me tremendously, Julie is the most attentive. When I come in she knows exactly what I need. I suggest coming in when ever these two are here! Will definitely be coming back! I became a Lush fan this year, because I love the products but mostly because of the good service the employees provide at this store. They take their time explaining the ingredients and benefits of each product which I appreciate a lot! This time Kevin and Nathalia assisted me but all employees here are so kind and generous everytime I visit. Thank you for your time and the samples. I’m so excited to try them all! :)
