Lush Cosmetics Culver City

One of my favorite skin care stores you have to wash your hands upon arriving to assure anything you touch, sterile and clean. The atmosphere is so great. The product that I buy from here the most is the honeybee bars and they are mixed with Shea butter honey some exfoliation and some other Natural products is so great for your skin if you struggle with dry skin eczema those are the bars for you? I have really bad eczema when I break out. These are usually the only things that calm and relax. My skin also provides a lot of hydration and moisture that lock in with the Shea butter, so yeah, this is my one of my favorite Inexpensive places that I took my girls soup for the first time and they loved it. First time at this location, I usually go to Century City's Lush and I was wonderfully assisted by Tony! He actually helped me learn about a new scent that I was not there for. I was searching for another scent and they didn't have it but he helped me smell other kinds and I settled on Super Milk 😂 Would've never gotten that but I am absolutely in love with the smell. Thank you Tony!! Really appreciate you expertise!

I had the most pleasant shopping experience at this location. I will admit that I was not having the best day and walked into the store very standoffish. However Keonna's excellent customer service and radiant energy got me right out of my head and excited to purchase a product that she had recommended. She asked open ended questions and was able to provide product knowledge that was easy to digest. Tive in koreatown but will be making the drive over to this location to be able to shop with Keonna again. She is such a Gem and a great asset to your team!

I’m here for Dillon & Dillon only it’s such a pleasure when I go into my favorite store & get great customer service around the holidays! He immediately greeted me, also knew all the products so well! & my experience was 10/10 as someone who formerly worked for lush GREAT hire!

TLDR: make sure you get a regular receipt and not a GIFT RECEIPT. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AT ALL. APPALLING SERVICE, BROKEN POLICY, AND OPENLY DISMISSIVE STAFF. My attempt to return a body wash (purchased on an employee recommendation that caused an allergic skin reaction) was a complete violation of good service and basic decency. This store’s incompetence and dismissiveness are unacceptable.
