As always, Christina did such an amazing job on my eyebrows! She’s incredibly diligent, detailed, and so kind. Looking forward to seeing her next month for our regular eyebrow session. She also did such a wonderful job on my upper lip too!

Yesterday I came in for a Brazilian wax. This was my 4th or 5th visit to this location. I always book with Crystal, who is amazing—very caring and professional—but she wasn’t available this time, so I followed the front desk’s recommendation. I explained to her that I have back pain and cannot use tweezers at home to remove any leftover hair, and I asked her to please clean everything completely. She told me she couldn’t use tweezers for leftover hair and mentioned that she had back-to-back appointments and her next customer was already there. She said I was all set and that only 2–3 hairs were left. When I got home, I realized there was much more hair left in several areas. All I can say is brava to Sumera! She really cares about her clients and is thorough and explains everything so you feel comfortable. She works quickly and her actions back up her word of saying “you matter” to her. You should DEFINITELY be booking with her! She’s the reason I keep coming back to this location!
