The staff here is so wonderful! They were so engaging and maybe such wonderful recommendations! I bought the Sleepy soap and Sleepy lotion. The scent is amazing! So good, I even wear it in the daytime! 🤣💜 The for both is oat milk so the texture is nice and creamy. This location is underground connected to the Columbus Avenue subway station. Great escape from the cold. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience! 🛁🫧✨

Have shopped at Lush for over a decade and this is my favorite store in all of New York City. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable… I always have a great shopping experience here but it’s extra special when Katie is in. She’s kind, attentive, and well-versed in Lush products - even the beloved discontinued ones! Returns are always a breeze and getting $1 off for them doesn’t hurt either!

I’m a longtime Lush fan, I used to be a regular customer back when I lived in another country, and I’ve been obsessed with their products ever since! This location was a bit tricky to find at first, but totally worth it. The staff always incredibly friendly and polite. Always love walking into a Lush store, it feels like coming home 💖
