Lush Cosmetics City Creek

Kasia is incredible for walking me through Lush’s amazing selection of fragrances. We had a great time comparing scents together, and she helped me navigate their product lines in the store. I came away with the Triptych perfume sample set, and plan to get a full-sized perfume soon because of her.

Always a lovely experience at any Lush. Mara (Maura?) was extremely helpful and personable. Although we were greeted by everyone upon entering they did let us explore on our own without much interruption (there’s a fine balance between customer service and hovering which Lush has the best example of this) upon checkout she was helpful with further information on things we were interested in and assisted us with some samples of items that were seasonal and would like to see if we could incorporate into our existing skincare routines. 10/10 would come again when I’m in this city.

I came in about a week ago, but wanted to make sure I left this review here. I had such a great experience at this Lush in City Creek thanks to Tamara. She went out of her way to help me even though she didn’t have to, and she was incredibly warm the whole time. She also adored my dog, which immediately won me over. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and her energy was so positive and refreshing. In a world where people rarely go above and beyond for strangers, she really stood out. I truly hope she gets recognized (and honestly, a raise), because Lush is lucky to have someone like her. Dorothy and I will be back!

I was helped by Zakk, who really made my experience an awesome one! He was very knowledgeable and patience with me. He helped me figured out what were the best products for my hair. Looking forward to going back ! Thanks Zakk!

I met one of the best people ever in that store, the employee Brooklyn. She is absolutely the best! I ended up coming back two more times in the same week and buying many different products from her. She is truly amazing and the best Lush employee ever!
