i had virgin hair there was no reason why i didn't get what i wanted lurvin just used a technique that wasn't what i wanted now she wanted me to pay double just because she didn't follow my reference photo this was some of the photos i showed her and she said she could do it and it looks nothing like it she never said that i needed two sessions to get the results i wanted. I paid 370 for something that looks nothing like i should her and they won't give me my money back they just gaslight you i do NOT recommend coming here the manger and lurvin are not good at what they do destroyed my bank account and my hair bye. They are very friendly however I’m very disappointed in my haircut. I haven’t had an issue like this since I was in high school and went to super cuts. The first two photos is what I noticed when I got home, immediately returned and second two photos are the fixed version but still not very happy with how things turned out. I wish I read the review from a few weeks ago about choppy ends. Seemed rushed and when I asked how much to blow dry at the end she told me it was an extra $40 for the blow dry, I feel like it was because they didn’t have time for me.

I’m not one to leave a review, but excellent service deserves recognition. I knew what I wanted but didn’t quite know how to explain it. Jonny understood perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Jonny is absolutely amazing. I love my color and cut. I highly recommend him.

RUINED my hair !! Seriously SO BAD. Look at my pictures.. she cut the first layer so short and crooked.. looks different lengths .. I asked for it to be long enough to put my hair up.. this is was just way to short/ crooked and blunt ..my top hair looks thick like a bobcat and the bottom looks so thinned out in contrast.. of course I saw the results in store when my hair was all wet.. good I tipped $15 ..then get home only for my husband to tell me it’s awful.. never had I had a experience like this . I never write bad reviews ..but I’m truthfully very disappointed and sad that my hair was very healthy and long especially after seeing their Instagram pictures and how pretty their work was ( I drove 22 miles because of how good this pictures looked) ..now I’m embarrassed to let my hair do
