The office space and common areas are beautiful, modern, well maintained and everything is spotless. The office is quiet and professional, the kitchen, bathroom and conference areas are excellent. The building owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is great and walkable; there is ample parking with restaurants and coffee places nearly. Highly recommend Emerge!

We have been tenants of Emerge LW since they opened. The building is beautiful. It has state of the art features in a historic building. The services they provide have helped our small profit tremendously since we are often traveling. The reception area is professional and the management are the best. I have a small business and use Emerge LW for my PO Box address. The staff is very friendly and the office is always clean. Also, I like the fact that I can rent out the boardroom if I ever needed to host a small business meeting with my current and prospective clients. The location is great for me as they are right in my neighborhood. Wonderful customer service and they are extremely helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend Emerge LW!!

If you are looking for an amazing office space in the area this is it! Great office space in a great location- renovated building is a gem, with all office amenities, clean, spotless and a great neighborhood feeling! Walking distance to all nice eateries in Lake Worth! But what stands out is the people that own and run the operation - fantastic! Have been there 4-5 months - always accomodating for every request, absolutely professional, friendly - cant say enough/ Danielle is the best! Owners are great!

I absolutely love having an office space here! Each morning I receive the warmest "good mornings" from Danielle, followed with small talk and laughs. The space is so bright and airy, and overall inviting. It's very peaceful, and I have yet to be interrupted by loud noise or any type of distraction. Ray and Richard are awesome, and when on site, I am greeted the same! We have this killer kitchen area that borders the conference room, and it is very chic. I love this place, and can't say it enough. BONUS!! Ray brings donuts every now and then for the tenants! As if they don't do enough already!! Signed, a very pleased tenant :)
