I may be Dr. Gray’s daughter, but I have also seen Dena Anderson… and she is absolutely amazing!! Both my father and Dena take their time with their patients. The whole entire office is full of compassionate and caring employees!! Bedside manner is absolutely outstanding. I come in sometimes, and go through the front door if my dad doesn’t see my texts. The desk staff always treats me with love! I notice when I walk through the waiting area that the waiting room isn’t packed. Something I hate in Greensboro medical waiting rooms is the long wait times for appointments. When I had appointments with Dena she was never behind! Sherri Boothe, their office manager, is also such an amazing person! She has a lovely personality and is very intelligent in what she does, as well as Dena and Arthur. I

I had an appointment with Kelli Sheffield, PA-C, and her nurse Lauren today. Both were very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I actually found myself laughing — they have a great rapport! The visit was informative and helpful, and I left feeling well taken care of. I’m very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.

I went to Lupton because my Dad recommended them. I had went with my elderly father and experienced the wonderful staff. I made my appointment, got there, was taken back at my appointment time and the removal of 4 problem places was quick. I had to return to remove more of the areas, and Dr Kelly was very thorough and nice. I made an appointment for my husband and he loved the efficiency, thoroughness and kindness of the staff. I had a procedure done today and was extremely nervous going in, but Dena was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, thorough, and patient, and she took the time to talk me through the entire process. She kept my attention away from what was making me anxious and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It truly was an amazing experience, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. I’m so grateful for her compassion and professionalism and highly recommend her to anyone!

This was my first visit to Lupton Dermatology. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I saw Kelli who was great, very personable and interactive with me. She froze several spots and did a biopsy on my back without any problems. I will continue to see her in the future and recommend her and Lupton Dermatology to others.
