I had waited too long to get a haircut and after reading reviews and various discussions in some Facebook groups, I reached out to Crystal at Luna and scheduled an appointment. I’d waited about a year and a half between haircuts due to some dry skin issues but was treated professionally and found the entire place to be quite welcoming. I asked to get cleaned up with the beard and hair and gave Crystal free rein and ended up leaving with some new found confidence. She talked me through some styles and lengths and made the process smooth and pain free while I was able to relax through the entire thing. I’d recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a cut and I will be a regular moving forward.

We chose Luna to do hair and make-up for my daughter's wedding. Booking the appointments was easy, I had a couple changes that were handled in a timely manner, the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to be around, the environment was relaxing, and everything was perfect.

I absolutely love this place and Crystal always provides amazing results and the price is more than fair. However, their booking completely sucks. No matter how early I book an appointment, they decline it. My last appointment, I booked it on Monday for Friday evening, which was clearly open or I wouldn't have been able to select it. I get an email the day before (today) at 11:30 that they declined my request due to a scheduling conflict. It literally takes her 10 minutes to do my hair. I go through this every time. I try to call but get a recording that they've restricted their phones. Its very disappointing.

Ellie did a GREAT job on my haircut and style! It was a very comfortable atmosphere, and she was kind with my 5 yr old as well. They fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday, and I'm so glad they did! I'll definitely be back to see her when I need to. It was worth the money I paid! Thank you!!!

Crystal is a fantastic stylist and experienced working with platinum blonde. Enjoyed my experience and will be back. Highly recommend!!
