Henry always does an amazing job when I do a dip manicure. It lasts for weeks and he always starts as soon as I get there so I never have to wait when I have an appointment with him. I’ve been coming here for over a year and my nails always look great!

I’ve been coming here for years. This place has been losing its touch over the years, and Im sad to say I won’t be returning: I visited the place on the 27th of March, last Thursday, and got a gel manicure to prepare nice nails for an event i have Friday. It’s been only four days (on average, gel nails are supposed to last two to three weeks) and the gel has already started peeling. In fact, when I left, one nail had already started peeling, but I thought nothing of it. After all, one nail shouldn’t be a problem, it was one mistake. All of a sudden, I realized the nails did not cure correctly and in fact they were all peeling. I am so disappointed with the way I was treated this time around, and its safe to say, I will not be revisiting.

I had an appointment scheduled at this salon, but after checking in I was left sitting and waiting for 45 minutes for a nail tech who never showed up. When I finally asked what the solution was, the staff became rude and angry, told me there was no solution, and essentially asked me to leave. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the situation, and no respect for my time. Making an appointment means nothing here, and the way customers are treated when something goes wrong is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values basic professionalism.

I’m surprised with so many bad reviews. I’ve been coming here on and off for almost ten years (literally since middle school). I’ve never had a bad experience and I never make an appointment. I’m always a walk in and they take me right away, even during busy hours. I’ve gotten gel manis and regular pedis and full set acrylics. They have always lasted too. The photos are of my most recent one (gel manicure on my nails). They took their time and I did not feel rushed at all.

I came for a gel manicure and asked the price as I entered. The sign said $30 yet I still asked and she said $35 since they had to remove my gel. I said ok because I needed it. The lady who did my nails did a good job and I asked her name because I said I lived nearby and would return. When I asked how much she said $40… I said no I was told $35 and she goes “oh bc I filed your nails round its $5 more” I told her she never told me that and also that is RIDICULOUS. I don’t even have long nails (pic for reference) and filing is part of the nail service. Square or round?, how are you going to charge more for the shape? I think it’s a stupid business tactic. I’m an amazing tipper and she lost her tip with that move. Very scheme-like for a place in a nice area. I think it’s obvious the people w
