My experience was better than I thought it would be. I have never had a more patient and meticulous nail tech! It was clear that they wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. Thry were willing to show me multiple nail colors to make sure I was happy. My nails are exactly what I wanted and the owner was there and took personal interest in her customers. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!

Lulu and her staff have excellent customer service. My nails came out perfect and exactly what I asked for. They are very gentle and the used Hema free products on me which I was very impressed and please by. The cleanliness of the salon is immaculate. This place is amazing! Lulu got my daughter in last min on a whim right before they closed! Everyone was SO friendly and such a lovely salon! Her nails came out beautiful! If I could give more stars I would! It’s not often you get this level of customer service! Love this place and we will be back! ❤️
