Nikki is the best. My mom and I both get our Hydrafacials done by her and we always leave with glowing skin. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely comfortable. One time she wasn’t available so I sent my mom somewhere else and she told me after that she only wants to go to Nikki. That says it all. We highly recommend her.

Had my lips done with Tiffany and Dr. Desai today and had such a great experience! I've had my lips done before and can already tell they are going to be gorgeous! The swelling is not even as bad as other experiences I've had and that just speaks testaments to the skill both the Dr and Tiffany has while tag teaming my lips. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I've only done my lips once a year in the past but with this experience I will be sure to book all my future appointments with Buffalo Aesthetics. I've also had a hydrafacial and microneedling with Ashley at the OP location and will be continuing my skincare regimen with her she's wonderful! Overall can't speak more highly of getting treatments done here all the staff is super friendly too.

I have been to Buffalo Aesthetics a handful of times, but the most recent visit was the last. I made an appointment for Botox in the forehead, 11's and crow's feet. I did not lay down for at least 4 hours and did not rub the areas to prevent the Botox from migrating. After a few days, I started to notice swelling under my one eye and a hollowness under both my eyes that was not previously an issue. Fast forward 3 months post service and I still have an edema under one eye and hollowness in both eyes which makes it look like I'm always exhausted. I contacted Buffalo Aesthetics to get some advice on the best way to treat or hide this until the Botox wore off and received no response. That's what prompted me to write this review.
