It was my first time here and it was a great experience! I scheduled time with Mimi - this was based off the reviews I’ve see on Google. She was awesome! She was accommodating, she answered all my questions and her recommendations were flawless! They all seem very nice and friendly! Here are a few reasons I’m giving them 5 stars: First, super glad that they were open on a Sunday! Second, their website was easy to navigate and also had prices and descriptions of the services. Third, it was also very easy to book an appointment online. Fourth, the service was good! Fifth, the place was neat and they had many payment options. When you get in, someone greets you even tho they’re working on someone. They ask you to check in on the ipad and all their nail colors are lid out neatly. I would def

Update as of 11/29 The tech who did my nails for me reached out via text justifying all the reasons why my refill on a unfinished set a $85.00 and tried to say i had two nails broken when i in fact did not at the time of the initial refill. Unfortunately instead of the salon responding with a professional response.. example of the appropriate thing to say would have been “ We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please provide us with more information so we can investigate the issue and take steps to prevent it from happening again.” Instead I’ll post what she did say in the photos. Again still so unprofessional and completely ignored the fact that after 14 days my nails had a mold growing under a fresh set. If i showed her one the 14th day no reason my nails should be lifting

I just moved to the area and am trying to find a new nail salon. I tried this one twice based on reviews and left disappointed both time. -The first time I went (green and blue set) I got my nails done by Mimi and they came out BEAUTIFUL! The part that disappointed me is that I had an appointment for 10am and she didn’t start working on my nails until 10:35. I don’t understand how they can be that backed up when they just opened at 9:30am. If you know you have an appointment coming in, don’t take a walk in right before. -Since my nails came out great, I decided to give them another chance. I have been a customer of Phoenix for over 10 years so im super excited that she is literally 10 mins from home as i was driving over an hour to see her. Her talent is like no other nail artist. I can bring her any picture and it is executed FLAWLESSLY. To go 7 to 8 weeks with no lifting and no breakage it's worth every penny. Don't hesitate come see Phoenix!!!! She has a loyal customer for life ❤️
