Arrived to my appointment & Lucy immediately welcomed me & took care of me. She did exactly what I wanted to my hair which was a dry trim & also made some suggestions for whenever I'm ready to change my style. Lucy is very friendly and knows hair. Will keep going to her from now on.

Lucy did a beautiful job with my hair!! She educated me on the things I need to do to keep my hair healthy. I came to her with tangled and neglected hair but she patiently worked to tame my mane! Thank you again for taking such good care me Lucy I will definitely be back. First straightening since going natural, very happy with the outcome.

Lucy is one of a very few hair specialists that offer hair botox in Houston! She only works by appointment.. She did great work with my hair. She also takes time to explain the differences between all the hair straightening and conditioning options out there. I was pretty sure I wanted this treatment and she made it clear that although my hair would be much straighter when I left the salon, the primary purpose of this treatment is to reduce frizz, increase shine and rehydrate my hair. I can live with that and it's what I was looking for anyway. I am posting before and after pics from when I entered and left the salon.. I'll try & remember to post pics after the 48-72 hr period when I can wash my hair and see the real world changes!!!

No Show I made an appointment the day before for 10:30 a.m. I got a reminder text and a note about notifying of any need to cancel. I arrived at 10:05, prepared to wait since I got there so early. Lucy called me at 10:22 asking if I was still coming. I told her I was already there. She said she was going to get breakfast, asked if I wanted anything. I told her no. 30 minutes later, still no Lucy. I left. She was so concerned with whether or not "I" was going to show up, but then was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Unacceptable.

OMG I definitely recommend!!! Got a Brazilian blowout and my hair never looked this good in my life! You can see that she is a hair stylist like you never can find anymore, 20 years of practice and technique. I was recommended by a friend and I would recommend to my best friend! Make sure to call her to make an appointment and she will go above and beyond to make your hair look like a Hollywood 🌟
