Lucky's Nails

My experience was simply terrible. There was 2 employees only. The person who attempted to do do my nails was RUDE & angry. She asked to see a picture of how I wanted my nails and then proceeded to say she couldn't do it "like the picture". The picture was a basic polished nail. Nothing special . She didn't want to do nails today. So I stopped her payed her $5 for what she did do which was put the tips on and left. I work to hard for my money for unprofessional service. RED FLAG (it was empty inside) and now I know why.

The worst manicure ever. I got a simple manicure and the polish (clear) begin to come off immediately that day. I called the next morning and told them only for them to say, come and they will remove the clear polish but they wont be reapplying anymore because its gonna crack again. UMMM WHY would the nail polish mess up again? Is it bad, is it expired, please explain. And they also don't tell u to washi your hands after you soak them during your manicure. Very rushed!

HORRIBLE attitude when expressing nail preference in shape . AVOID THIS PLACE bc they don’t believe in customer satisfaction ! I told the lady that I like square nails w/ no rounded sides & I wouldn’t get them polished if I didn’t like the shape. I checked the shape after one hand was filed & noticed my thumb was uneven on one side from overfilling . The moment I made her aware it was an INSTANT attitude, she told filed it for 2 seconds then said to me “I already filed it and Im not filing it again, if you don’t like it I take it off. If I knew you’d be picky I would have told you I’m not doing it”. As she’s saying this my second hand was being filed vigorously in irritation. I called and asked if it would be possible for myself and my mother to come in at 6 PM on Saturday. I should have known that something about this place was off when it was empty when we came in and they were all stood at the door, waiting for us. let more of my confusion commence. My experience at this nail salon was not good. There’s a lady in there who is very very rude. The gentleman who works in there he is very nice, but the older lady she is very rude to her customers. I will never go there again and do not recommend them. She has a very smart mouth Woosah … when asking questions regarding pricing she told me I can go somewhere else if I didn’t like the pricing when all I did was just asking a question👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽and I did!
