I would give zero of if I could. Asked for a shag cut and it was awful! Asked for it to be fixed. Called, text, email, no response. It’s like I was helped by Edward Scissorhands. Went to another salon to have it fixed. Don’t go here! They don’t care! The photos seen here are at Supercuts where they FIXED my hair after Luciennes would not respond The sweet ladies at Supercuts were astonished about how bad it was

Marina is one of the estheticians at Lucienne Spa, and her expertise and knowledge run laps around many others. It is evident that Marina has worked alongside some of the most talented plastic surgeons. The results she produces leave clients walking out the door not only feeling beautiful, but truly transformed. I have a long history with Emsculpt therapy. A tragic accident left me almost paralyzed from the waist

Vary hit or miss. My daughter got her hair done at this location a few months back and loved it. Went in to get it redone with the same reference photo and got a completely different cut. If the styling of cuts is going to be a gamble, I recommend people go some where cheeper.

They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in, creating such a positive atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Not only are they incredibly skilled, but they truly go above and beyond to make sure each client feels valued and cared for. I walked in nervous about a big change, but they treated me with such kindness and attention that I left feeling like a new person. I can’t stop gushing about how fantastic they all are! This salon is a gem, and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

I've been here a few times before. It's a nice salon, very clean and well-lit. There's never really been a wow factor for me until today. Madison did a great job. She was friendly and attentive. She gave me a great shampoo. Her cutting was precise and professional. As someone who generally doesn't like getting my hair cut at all... I can say I'll definitely be returning just for her. She's a keeper, and a tribute to the salon.
