After working with Dre for only two weeks now, it’s amazing how much of a difference I’m already feeling in my athletic performance and recovery. As someone who trains 6 days a week, multiple times a day, the wear and tear on my body builds quickly, and recovery becomes just as important as training itself. The technology available at MYO is unlike any I’ve been able to access in my career, from PEMF, to red light, and cryotherapy. Not to mention the hands on work from Dre is incredibly thorough and leaves me feeling refreshed for my next session! I just recently had my first appointment with Dre and I can say he is by far amazing from when I first walked in there he noticed things about me and my body that I didn't even have to tell him when he started to work on my body he knew exactly where the pain was like if I pointed it out but I didn't he would go to those areas all on his own and really took my pain away I have from trauma and abuse that effected my neck my back and shoulders for 17 yrs. He relieved a lot of tension and tightness. I had a ACL reconstruction on my left knee 5 times since I was 19 as well and all these years I've always felt I had a knot in the back of my thigh and I accepted that it would never go away but just within my first session he relieved so much of it It was amazing. Mia was wonderful! I was blown away at how elevated the facility is and how knowledge and kind Mia was. She was able to give me a lot of information about helping with my sciatic nerve pain. She taught me different stretches to do and also did some massage while I was there. We finished with cryotherapy which was my first time and I loved it!

MYO TOTAL wellness is THE best place to go for massage and health healing. I’ve been seeing Dre for 10+ years and he is my life saver. As someone with chronic migraines Dre helps so much with my muscle tension and neck stiffness. I also recently tore my ACL and the PEMF and cryo were essential in my healing. I wish insurance would pay for them because they are the best. They also have Red light therapy and a sauna!
