Bought Hair trimmers here. They did not work. He plugged them in and saw they did not work still. Accused me of using them or dropping them as to why it did not work. Absolutely not true, then said they don’t do refunds… they are thieves beware. Go somewhere else.

Bad customer service, can’t park there cause they will towing your car which make no sense

Hello please mindful of when going into this store and purchasing certain items . I bought hairspray and never used it and wanted to exchange , the cashier accused me of spraying it . That was not right at all as I do shop here occasionally. Just please treat your customers better !

This store has been in the community for 30+ years providing a cool and clean environment to the locals and commuters of Florida. People that travel all over the world make sure to stop by during their stay in Miami to show their support. I have been working at Lubin's since my age had single digits. I remember stocking the shelves with my siblings and running around the store causing trouble for the employees working lol Our goal has always been to provide excellent customer service and keep the shelves stocked to the best of our ability. The one star reviewers of this store truly came in on one of the days where humans make mistakes. Have an awesome day!
