If you go here, make sure you book with Kim! she is the absolute sweetest lady and wants to make sure you leave loving your nails! she is so gentle and takes her time to make sure they are perfect! i usually make appointments for after work so it isn’t 5:30 until i get there, but Kim always stays well over an hour after closing to make sure my finger and toe nails are perfect! she is the best! love you Kim! FIRST experience I had Karen. She was pretty decent, I enjoyed the shape of my nails and she polished great. This picture is my SECOND experience but NOT with Karen. I don't know the lady's name but she shouldn't be doing nails. The shape isn't coffin style, they look chunky and it's ONLY been a week and ONE nail broken. The same lady did my eyebrows and she rushed because her client had been waiting which isn't MY problem. I won't talk about how much was spent because I don't mind paying for GOOD SERVICE. I did NOT receive that here. The pedicure was the best part which says a lot because it was subpar at best and I got the signature spa pedicure at that (pricier package). I'm super disappointed because since moving to NC this will have been my third nail salon and they just aren't meetin

I had my first visit today and it was a very pleasant experience! I got SNS done and he did an excellent job. The salon was clean and comforting. I really enjoyed that everyone who works there knew all their customers names. I will be back!

The staff has never not been friendly every time I walk in- despite being in a busy shopping center, they manage their costumer spacing and waiting time very well! I personally recommend John, who did my nails just recently and I’m going to be revisiting from now on- he does a very good job and pays close attention to detail. Although I recommend him, please note that the entire staff is incredibly friendly as well!

I love this nail salon. Kim is very gentle with my nails. She takes her time; they always look pretty. The few times I have missed Kim and had a different technician, my nails turn out well also! I recommend L T Nail Salon 100%!💝
