I’ve been going here for several years. Back when they first opened. Actually been a regular and here recently with all of the renovations, almost an entire new team. The last 3 times I’ve been to my regular appointment my results of my nails have not been near as pleasing. This time was by far the worst, the way my nails were taken off was extremely painful and ripped off all of my natural nails, to then be charged $10 dollars for that, on top of $10 dollars for 3 tips??? I can buy a whole pack for that price! Mind you this was just a GEL Polish. Nothing special. 55 dollars? For it to look like a 5 year old painted my nails? It’s not even been 24 hours and the gel id already coming off my nail as if it’s regular polish. I will be coming back to get this mess taken OFF and a refund because

Took me back for a gel manicure after waiting not too long. Started on my manicure and had to stop after filing my nails because she had someone that had an appointment that was there. Told me it would be 10 mins. Waited almost 30 minutes while she worked on her appt and had to leave with my nails half done because I couldn’t wait any longer. If she knew she had an appt coming why did she take me back? Don’t recommend this place.

Brought my husband in for his first pedicure ever, and booked one for myself as well at the same time. We were so happy with our service techs Liz and Karen. No rush, very gentle with us two neophytes. Our families never had the time, patience, or money for pedicures or manicures when we were growing up, so this was a pleasant experience for both of us to do together. We will definitely return to Royal Nails in the future.

Liz was fantastic and so friendly. I had Jo idea what I wanted . she took the time to offer suggestions and was very meticulous, professional, and precise! She did the cutest little designs and I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out! Highly recommend Liz and the salon!

Hannah did a great job as usual! She’s gets my nails done quickly but doesn’t sacrifice quality. She even took initiative to shape them a bit differently than they were and I love them!!
