An Exceptional Experience at LS Medical Spa! I’ve had an absolutely excellent experience at LS Medical Spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive — something that is truly hard to find these days. I recently had an Endolift done, and even though I’m only in my first week, the results are already looking beautiful as the swelling goes down. I’m truly impressed with the quality of their work. I’ve had an amazing experience at LS Medical Spa! I’ve done several treatments like lip fillers and Botox, and the results were absolutely beautiful. The doctor and all the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I really love the way they work — their protocols are excellent, and they truly care about every patient. I also had my follow-up appointment after the treatments, and everything went perfectly. You can tell they have years of experience and dedication here in Orlando. This place is absolutely awful. AT FIRST, Ms Silva was nice and certainly made us feel at peace in working with her. However, this quickly changed after she received our money. She began to exude a lack of professionalism and indifference that I have not seen elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find a real business that prides itself in patient satisfaction. Not to mention, she blatantly lied about her credentials. She will be reported to the proper authorities. If she told you she’s a licensed physician in the state of FL, go ahead and look her up. This is public information and you won’t find her credentials. Take a look at her Facebook reviews, another person scammed by this “physician”.

I came to this practice for an aesthetic procedure and was introduced to semaglutide. Since I was only in Florida for a week, I was told the medication could be shipped monthly. After spending over $700 in 6 weeks with no results, I tried several times to speak with Lorena, but she was always “busy.” Communication was limited to WhatsApp messages and voice memos via front desk staff—not appropriate for medical care. My dosage was never adjusted, and my concerns were dismissed. When I expressed frustration, she referenced other patients (a potential HIPAA violation) and stopped responding. To make matters worse, she claimed to be an MD from the University of Florida, but I could find no record of her being a licensed medical doctor.
